Return Policy
At Myléore, you have a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After this period, no exchanges or refunds will be possible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all the following conditions:

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not return the item to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Books showing signs of use

Refund Procedure
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically using the original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items
Regular priced items are refundable.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If applicable, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns over €75, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
